The 21-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the Toffees after they met the player’s five point two million pounds buy-out clause.
Sandro scored 14 goals for Malaga in La Liga in 2016-17, having joined them from Barcelona last summer.
Sandro told EvertonTV that moving to England was a big jump in his career and added that the team have bright prospects.
Everton are also hopeful of confirming the twenty-five million pounds signing of Burnley’s England defender Michael Keane on Monday.
Keane is expected to undergo a medical before completing the formalities of his move. Keane’s signing, and the completion of the Sandro deal, will take Everton’s spending to more than ninety million pounds in this transfer window. They have already signed Sunderland’s England’s Under-21 goalkeeper Jordan Pickford for up to thirty million pounds and brought in Ajax captain Davy Klaassen in a move worth almost twenty-four million pounds.
They also signed Nigeria international Henry Onyekuru who is to be loaned out to Anderlecht
